What is 'Graded' product?

Whilst most of our items for sale are brand new direct from our suppliers, we also stock 'Graded' product meaning these goods have been refurbished in some way.

All our items are guaranteed to give you peace of mind with your purchase. These goods offer amazing value for money as you can make huge saving on an item for essentially as simple a reason as the goods not being in a genuine box!

Below we have explained as thoroughly as possible the different grading system we use to keep you informed. These grades are also listed by all products that fall into these categories - any item without a grading is brand new.



A Grade
This is an item that has been returned to the manufacturer and refurbished wherever necessary to new condition. They may have been returned for numerous reasons such as shop returns, cancelled orders, parts missing or minor faults. They are then checked and tested and brought back to as new condition.





B Grade
This is an item that has been returned to the manufacturer and refurbished to full working  condition operationally. They may show signs of use and have cosmetic marks.






Flymo A Grade
These have been completely refurbished by Flymo to full working condition. They may show very slight signs of use but are still excellent value for money, complete with 6 months guarantee.






Kenwood A Grade
These are in As New unused condition complete in full colour box with all accessories and instructions. The have a full Kenwood Factory 12 months guarantee.
