A Little Bit About My Shop

Firstly thanks for looking at my shop.

I sell a wide range of Prima flowers in small realistic quantities. 

My shipping policy for packets of flowers is simple - Free postage when your order for small packets of flowers exceeds £10 within the UK.  Please note that this only applies to packets of flowers all other items are charged at the stated rates on the item.  It only applies within the UK - International buyers pay the standard rate for their country. Additional purchases of flowers made with other heavier or bulkier items (eg empty bottles, bitty bags, full packets etc) will qualify for free additional postage but the postage cost of the heavy or bulky item must be paid.  To qualify for postage discounts all items must be paid for in the same transaction.

All images, special combo names and descriptions are produced by myself so I claim copyright of these.  Copyright theft is illegal and anybody found copying any of my images, special combo names or descriptions will be reported to Ebay in the first instance.  This may result in suspension of your account.  

Most of my items have the best offer facility on them and you are welcome to use it.  However, please do not be offended if I have to decline your offer.  I have an absolute minimum I can afford to accept before I start making a loss and I must stick to this.   

Orders over the value of £39 must be sent by recorded delivery within the UK at an additional charge of 75p. International orders are only sent by the International Signed For service.  I reserve the right to charge this cost for orders under that value if I feel it is necessary.  There will be no exceptions.

New Royal Mail policies are now in force regarding claims for missing items of mail.  If your item has not arrived after 15 working days from the date of posting I must ask you to sign a declaration of non-receipt before a refund or replacement can be arranged.

 I am usually around most days and often well into the night so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
