 | A: I only accept returns if there has been an error on my part (wrong size/item), in which case I will refund your purchase price and shipping once the item has been received back. You MUST use delivery confirmation on the return package, otherwise I can't issue a refund. |

 | A: I ship 2-3 times a week, so your item will usually be on its way within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times once the item has been shipped vary according to the specific USPS service used for your item. |

 | A: Shipping charges depend on the weight of the item and the service chosen. Priority rates have gone up substantially for items going long distances. My handling charge is very small, usually 25-50 cents. Sometimes, I charge less than actual shipping. You can check rates at www.usps.com. |

 | A: Yes, I do ship internationally to most locations, although it's always best to contact me before hand to get an exact answer on shipping costs. I offer great combined shipping rates on international orders of $150 or more. |
