Hot Toys wish our customers satisfy on their purchases, but sometimes, defective goods or missing parts may unfortunately occurred during the mass production. If overseas customer wants to request a replacement, you may email us at cs@hottoys.com.hk with photos, sales receipt, and your postal address. For local customers, please ask Toy Hunters for assistance. Over 30 days of purchase or product released for more than 1 year will NOT be accepted.

International Buyers – Please Note: 

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. 
- Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
