If you are an international bidder please take note of the international shipping charges before you place your bid. Also please note I can only accept payment by PAYPAL and in £ sterling (GBP).

If you are a UK bidder I only accept payment by PAYPAL.

I will happily combine postage costs on multiple wins but, as I sell a wide variety of items, the costs will be specified at the close of auctions. Please wait for an invoice specifying postage costs before completing checkout.

If you are the winning bidder please contact me within 3 days of the close of auction, and make sure I receive payment within 7 days. Unless I've been notified of a problem, I will file a non-paying bidder alert and leave negative feedback. (Sorry to the genuine eBayers, but I've had problems with non payers and buyers being suspended)

I endeavour to send items out within 7 days of payment. I always obtain a proof of posting. Once the items have left me, unless additional insurance has been requested and paid for, I can not be held responsible for the Royal Mail's handling of the item, but I will give as much assistance as I can to any claim you wish to make against them.

If when you receive your item you have a problem, please email me and I will try to resolve it. I don't bite, honest! We do not accept returns once the package has been opened sorry.
