If Unsatisfied with your order, please notify us with-in 24 Hours of receiving your goods, if the item is returned then buyer must pay all postage cost's & a goods refund will be issued. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days in the same packaging & condition it was sent & returned by a secure signed for service. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty then we will replace the goods & cover any postage cost's incurred, if the buyer refuses the replacement offered then a goods refund will be issued once the product is returned to us.
