Please email the flavour required straight after purchase. If we do not receive this notification in good time or we do not have it in stock we reserve the right to use our judgment and send the most popular flavour for that product.
Goods Undelivered
If for ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER the customer does not take receipt of the goods after DHL has attempted to deliver them (i.e. customer unattainable, customer not at premises, goods refused) THE COST OF HAVING THE GOOD RETURNED TO US WILL BE PASSED ON THE CUSTOMER – THIS IS A FLAT FEE OF £10.00
To have to good reshipped the customer will have to pay the £10.00 returned to sender fee PLUS the further cost of sending the goods again.
Free Items:
As the items (namely shakers) are free as so given away in good will we can not guarantee the brand, make of the goods.
Damaged Goods:
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK GOODS THOROUGHLY UPON RECEIVING THEM. IN THE VERY RARE INSTANT WHERE GOODS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT THEY MUST NOT BE SIGNED FOR. ANY DAMAGED GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED.
All goods leave our depot in pristine condition, we will NOT be held liable for any damaged caused in transit.
