Faulty items will be accepted within 30 Days of receipt. All items must be returned with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please contact our support department for details.

Return Policy Details:

Unwanted returns will be accepted within 7 days. Opened software cannot be returned.  A 10% - 15% administration charge will be charged on the return of all non-faulty goods for restocking. Refund of item postage will not be refunded. All items have a minimum of 12 months warranty.
