Order Fashion Dresses |

1.Get a Price Quote
if you are interested the dresses from
our ebay shop or
online catalog, please tell
us the ebay item number or product ID.
We will combine the shipping price for
you if you buy more items from us. We will send the price form and order form
to you. the items from our
online catalog
can be
listed to the ebay, so that you can buy them.
2. Determine the Right Size and color
Read
information for
sizes/measurements and
color chart.
3. Read important
information
Read the
information about our
returning policy
4. Filling in the
order form
Fill the sizes (measurements), color, and any other requests
in the order form.
5. Placing the
order
You
may email, fax or mail us the order form to place your
order. Please have your style number, colors and sizes
ready. Our bridal consultant will generate and email a
confirmation to you – you must review and send back to
complete your order.
We will confirm all orders within 2 business days.
Once the order is confirmed, all sales and orders are FINAL.
We place your order with the tailors immediately to ensure
timely delivery of your dresses. However, the tailors do not
accept any changes once the order is placed. Hence, we will
not be able to accommodate any changes after we place the
order. Please be certain of your style selection and the
sizes before you place an order.
6. Payment Procedure
We accept eBay PayPal, UK Personal Cheque, UK Postal Order,
Bank Draft/Money Order, IBAN/SWIFT(BIC). The payment of your
order is due in full at the point of purchase. We cannot
refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any
exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, our vendors
are unable to make any changes or modifications relative to
style, size, color, or specific length.

7. Dress making
We will
start to make your dress after payment has cleared and
measurements and color offered. We will email you a
confirmation, which will include a order number to track
your order online at

8. Shipping
most of dresses should be shipped from UK. the shipping time
is 1-2 working days.
9. Arrival of
Order
When your order arrives at our store, we will verify that
the bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses match the order you
placed. At this point, we will email you to notify you of
the upcoming delivery. Please allow 2-4 business days
between the email and the arrival of your bridal gown or
bridesmaid dresses. |
