| Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Formal Dresses
It will take 21-28 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 1-3 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination in the uk, and 2-5 working days to the rest of world, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Wedding Dresses
It will take 21-28 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Chinese Dresses
Our standard Chinese Dresses take 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors to make. Our special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses take 20-22 working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses take a further 3-5 working days to ship from us to you. Exact shipping times are based on the shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL, TNT) standard.
Rush Cut Service
Rush Delivery applies to orders that fall under the manufacturer's standard lead-time of 3-4 weeks. Rush Delivery typically runs 10 days for child and bridesmaid dresses, and 14 days for wedding dresses. This is an estimated time frame dependent on their production schedule.
Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Return Policy
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet. and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.
We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us. as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.
- If there is any problem when you receive your parcel. please contact us without hesitate in 3 days. if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn item in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations) within 14 days of the item(s) ship date and we will gladly replace or refund it on full price exclusive of postage cost. But please reminded that you would be responsible for the postage for returning the item.
- We charge no restocking fee for items returned within seven days unless otherwise stated.
- We will gladly change your gown for any of our stocking styles.
- Please note dresses made in custom size, color, and design is not refundable.
We have the most upfront return policy in the industry. We will note hide behind words to contradict the terms. |
