FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES PLEASE READ TERMS BELOW.
Prior to shipment we check our items thoroughly, but as with any type of inspection there can be oversights.
We try to accurately take pictures the best we can, close ups etc, but upon receiving your item it might not seem how it was portrayed in the photograph.The Distance Selling Regulations state that if a buyer is not entirely happy with their item, they can return their goods for an exchange or refund.
If for any reason whatsoever that you are not satisfied with your item, Please Email us as soon as possible stating the reason for returning the goods.
On returning the item please return to the address on your invoice. Please note goods are returned at the customer’s risk, so we strongly advise using Special or Recorded Delivery for tracking purposes. As we cannot initiate a refund or an exchange until the goods have been received.
Your goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase on your invoice.
If you return goods for any reason apart from being faulty, for example they are not to your taste, or they don’t fit, they will have to be returned intact with original packing, lens stickers, any paperwork, labels & tags etc.
If for any reason the goods have been damaged by the customer prior to return this may affect the refund process.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights under UK law.
