Q. How much is international shipping (outside UK)?
 

A. International shipping for orders placed directly from our website is only £1.00 (GBP)

International shipping for won auctions from our eBay store are as follows:

Europe - £1.50 (GBP) plus only £0.25 for each auction won thereafter
USA, Canada or Australia - £2.00 (GBP) plus only £0.25 for each auction won thereafter

 

Q. Will you buy my collection?
 

A. We are always interested in purchasing cards at a fair price we can even arrange for our highly trusted member of staff to come to you and personally value up your collection then make you an offer AND payment there and then! To help us value your collection please can you E-mail Us with answers to the following questions..

  • How many copy of each rare are there in general? (e.g.. 1,2,3,4 or 5+?)
  • Approximately how many rares are included? (To the nearest hundred)
  • Which are your chased cards? (Please list card name and quantity)
  • How many complete sets are on offer? (Please list set/expansion names)
  • What is the general condition of these cards? (Played, V.Good or Near Mint?)
  • If possible, please can you list all your rares. (Please list card name and quantity)

Q. Answers to emails
 

A. We attempt to answer your emails within 24 hours of receipt. Please remember we normally attend tournaments and conventions at the weekend and so may not be able to reply to emails sent on Saturday or Sundays as quickly as we normally would however we will always try our best to. Please try to remember that everyone has hectic periods now and again and in these circumstances we would greatly appreciate your patience :)

Q. Returns Policy
 

A. At Subway Gaming, we try to provide the highest service possible to our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition we are very sorry and will be happy to replace them within seven days of you receiving them simply follow the instructions provided below.

Step.

1. Please can you repackage any items you are not completely satisfied with as they were received.

2. Please include a note with the following information:

*A confirming of your return full postal address
*A list of the cards you wished to be replaced. (If applicable, please include any specific requirements, e.g. replacement cards to be from a specific set/expansion/condition).

Please make sure the auction number & return address are included plus your e-mail address. Buyers send the defective products back for exchange or refund at their own cost. We will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the replacement.

 

Q. Complaints, how can we improve?
 

A. We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and then get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible. Please e-mail Info@SubwayGaming.com or use our online E-mail Enquiry Form with your problem making sure you state the auction number & item description.

 

Q. What If I Am Not In for the Delivery?
 

A. Most of our packages can be placed through the letter box however some will require a signature on receipt. If you are not in to sign then a card will be posted through your door with full instructions on how to arrange re-delivery (at no cost to you). If this is not carried out and the delivery is returned to ourselves, the consumer will be charged with delivery costs both ways. When an order has not been delivered most likely this is because nobody was present at the time of delivery and so we always encourage that you check with your local mailing depot promptly.



Q. Feedback
 

A. If you are new to ebay, please become familiar with the code of conduct related to negative feedback. For example, a slightly late delivery is usually not a cause for negative feedback as in some cases can be the fault of the carrier not the seller. MOST PROBLEMS CAN EASILY BE RESOLVED BY CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ANSWER WITHIN 72 HOURS. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER IF WE ‘APPEAR’ TO BE IGNORING YOU.
