Items are eligible for a full refund or replacement only if found to be damaged upon arrival or grossly mis-described.
For this reason it is absolutely essential you send details of your message/text with correct spelling, punctuation and with Capital letters in appropriate places as I copy & paste to prevent errors.
(DO NOT supply text all in Capital Letters please!).
I will not refund/replace due to being supplied these details incorrectly, and your card will be printed EXACTLY as you've supplied the details.
Please contact me as soon as possible after receipt to advise of any problems with your item.
In the case of an item not arriving I will assist in any way with any claims arising from non-delivery as proof of posting is obtained on all my items.
