| In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues. We are polite and cooperative and we ask that our customers treat us in the same way. We have a generous returns and refunds policy: 1. 14-day window. Claims for returns & refunds can be made for up to 14 days from receipt. 2. Material difference. Refunds are always processed where an item, on leaving our warehouse, materially differs from that outlined in our listing. By material difference we mean a clear listing error, or misrepresentation, which materially affects the item's value. 3. Refund process. Refunds are issued once an item has been returned and checked/tested. Where we have made an error, we will process a full refund. We may pay your return postage costs but we are not obliged to do this. We can only refund return postage charges authorised by us. 4. Limited liability. Without exception, our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the item. |
