| Here is a list of frequently asked questions about collections: Q1: Can I collect my item? A: Yes. All items can be collected in person from our warehouse. Q2: Is there a charge for collections? A: Yes, £3.00 per item. Q3: Why is there a charge for collections? A: Arranging collections takes up staff time. We provide on-site parking & loading assistance. It does not include any packaging (time or materials). Q4: Can I pay cash on collection? A: Yes. But we need payment within 7 days so please collect promptly. Q5: Where do I collect from? A: Unless stated in the listing all collections are from our Park Royal warehouse: Unit 8, Commercial Way, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7XF. Q6: When can I collect? A: Collections are by appointment only during normal office hours (10am-5.30pm Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays). We are closed at weekends. We do need at least 24 hours notice of your arrival to ensure your item is ready for you. Q7: Are you in the congestion zone? A: No. Q8: How long do I have to collect my item? A: 7 days from the auction ending. Q9: What happens after 7 days? A: We can store your item, but there is a charge for this of £25 per item per week (or part thereof). |
