Please email if you encounter any problems and wish to make a return, within 7 days of receipt of the item.
You then have up to 14 days to return the item, at your own cost.
Items returned after this period or deemed to be used and not in original condition or packaging will be subject to a partial refund only.
The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to Auction Items.
For clothing, we will try & replace with the relevant size, but cannot guarantee, due to availability.
