| A:We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, Simply Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We gladly accept returns at our Bangkok Office. Once we receive your returned item in it's original condition we will immediately issue a PayPal refund less shipping costs. |

| A:Yes, we offer a discounted combined shipping rate on all of our items. If you are purchasing items in different currencies, please contact us for an invoice so that the correct shipping rate can be calculated. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:90% of shipments reach most countries (UK/US) within 10-14 days, but can sometimes take up to 4 Weeks to arrive depending on your countries customs proceedures. ***France, Germany, Spain and Italy(or any country with slow postal service)*** Please see auction listing for complete shipping time frame details. |
| Q:What service do you use for Shipping? Do you offer Expedited Shipping? |

| A:We currently ship all orders from our Bangkok, Thailand office via International Registered Airmail. This is a very safe and reliable way to ship from Thailand. We also offer EMS Expedited service. EMS offers a tracking number, includes insurance, and will arrive to most countries in 3-5 Working Days (please contact us for EMS rates). |

| A:We ship daily, excluding Weekends and Thai Public Holidays. |
| Q:My order has not arrived, have you shipped it yet? |

| A:Yes, we ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of your PayPal payment (exluding weekends and holidays). Upon shipping your order we always e-mail a confirmation notice. If you have not received this e-mail please let us know and we would be happy to re-send it to you. You may like to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can be delivered there. |
| Q:I want to buy a t-shirt, but how do I know if it will fit me? |

| A:Each one of our t-shirt listings includes an "amrpit to armpit" measurement. This is taken from the armpit, directly across the chest to the opposite armpit. For example, 20 Inches across will fit up to a 40 Inch chest. You may like to take one of your favorite shirts and measure it with this same method, to find which measurement is best for you. |
