Terms & Conditions – Please read BEFORE bidding/buying

COMBINED POSTAGE: Buy 5 or more Eligible Items and Postage is FREE, subject to the following:

                                    Only Eligible Items Qualify for free postage.

                                    Not all items are Eligble for Free Postage, but

                                    ALL items are Eligble for Combined Postage Discount.

                                    Multiple items in a single listing/auction are classed as one item.

                                    Combined Postage Items Must be paid within 7 days of first winning Auction/Listing ending.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PayPal ONLY – no exceptions.

                                                 Payment MUST be in British Pounds Sterling.

It is the International Buyer’s responsibility to pay any additional import tax/duties.

UK CUSTOMERS: PayPal, Cheques, Postal Orders & Cash (at senders own risk).

DELIVERY: Dispatch within 1-2 days of cleared payment being received.

                  This excludes weekends and holidays.

                  If items are damaged/lost by post I can provide proof of postage.

                  Postal Insurance is available at an additional cost.

REFUNDS: Returns CAN NOT be accepted on Body Jewellery due to hygiene concerns.

                 Body Jewellery can only be returned in the unlikely event of misrepresentation or damage.

                 All damage returns must be made within 7 days of receipt in original packaging.

                 All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.

                 Items returned for Refund will receive the BuyItNow or Winning Bid amount, minus 12% Re-stocking Fee.

                 Packaging & Postage costs are Non-refundable.

                 Buyers are responsible to pay postage on returned items.

NON PAYERS: Payment MUST be made within 5 days of auction ending.

                       Failure to communicate is in breach of Ebay rules.

CARE of JEWELLERY: While all Jewellery supplied by Strandburn Selections is of the finest Quality Materials, some chemicals in cosmetics can attack and tarnish, so it is best to allow adequate time to areas where, sprays, perfumes and especially fake tan have been applied, before wearing jewellery.
