| Q. Do you offer postage discounts on multiple purchases?
A. Yes, lots purchased at the same time will always be combined to save on postage. This usually saves a lot of money. Please wait for an invoice to be sent which will reflect the correct postage charges.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Lots are dispatched as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) but please allow upto 5 working days for dispatch during busy periods, holidays etc. Once dispatched most orders are delivered the next working day within the UK. Parcels are sent with DHL and 95% of parcels are delivered the next working day.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Any lot can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, but please be aware if bidding from outside of the European Union (EU) you may have to pay Customs charges.
Q. Can I collect my purchases in person?
