| A:Contact Royal Mails customer services 08457 950 950 for details of your local sorting depot after a week, this is NOT your Post office. Some orders we send out are too big to fit through a letterbox and then are usually left with a neighbour or taken back. Please wait approx 1 week before contacting us as this gives Royal Mail a chance to deliver |

| A:Yes we can combine P&P costs. Please note the amount you pay depends on the weight of your order. All orders under 2kg sent Royal Mail. small orders - £1.41, Orders under 500g - £2.69, Orders 500g-1kg - £2.90, Orders 1kg-1.5kg - £3.90, Orders 1.5-2kg - £4.50, 2kg-15kg**** - £8.99, 15kg+**** - £11.99. ****Subject to postal code sent with DHL |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All orders are sent out with Royal Mail Standard class and can take a 3-5 wkg days (1 week) to arrive. Please note Royal Mail work Monday to Friday ONLY and only deliver to private dwellings on Saturdays. Bulky/heavy items are delivered by DHL. This normally takes 3-4 working days and need signing for.

| A:Yes we have a returns policy in place to protect our customers and to give you peace of mind should anything go wrong.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase in original condition as the goods were sent out.
