Q:Missing or delayed order
A:Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 14 working days before being able to investigate this matter further . If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed please call us on 0191 260 2576
Q:How can I pay ?
A:For customers outside the UK the only payment we accept is PayPal. We do not accept IBAN or give out our bank details. If you are based within the UK we accept PayPal, Credit/Debit card, Cheque or Postal Orders. Please make the cheques/postal orders payable to Start Fitness
Q:I have received a faulty item
A:We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
Q:When will I receive my order ?
A:All UK orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days after the payment has been received this does not include weekends. International orders can take up to 14 working days. If this time has elapsed and your parcel has not arrived please get in touch on 01670 706341
Q:What happens if I am not in when the goods arrive ?
A:For standard delivery you will be left a card by Royal Mail with details of your local sorting office where you can collect the goods.
Q:I wish to exchange a product / different size ?
A:Please follow the instructions on the returns form included in the parcel. fill in the relevant details and enclose with the returned product. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. Postage charges for sending the exchange item will be charged at the normal rate.
Q:I have received a product / size that I did not order ?
A:It shouldn’t happen but if it does, please accept our apologies. Please return the shoes using the returns procedure above and we will send out the correct product and refund you all your postage costs.
Q:What service should I use for returning product?
A:For your peace of mind we suggest you send returns by signed for/ recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will be able to claim from the carrier for goods that were lost. If you wish you can use Standard post, which is more economical but offers no insurance. We can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged po

A:We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for an exchange or refund , as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully re saleable condition Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer.

Q:Lost the returns form?
A:Don’t worry if you have lost your returns note. Either send us a copy of your invoice with a note on explaining what you would like, or a letter with all your details on will do.
Q:What are the postage costs?
A:One pair of shoes to the UK Mainland is £4. One item of clothing / accessories is £2. One pair of shoes to Europe is £8. One pair of shoes to the Rest of The World is £10. One item of clothing / accessories to Europe & Rest of The World is £3. The postage cost is per item and not per parcel so please adjust your payment as necessary.
Q:DO WE ACCEPT OFFERS FOR GOODS?
A:We do not accept any offers on our products and only operate the buy it now option.

Q:I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK
A:We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock. However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add hundreds of new items every week.
