Deliveries
Royal Mail delivery
All the paid orders received by 14.00 GMT (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays) will be dispatched same day by your chosen delivery option and email you the tracking reference.
Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked™ service. Items sent by Royal Mail Tracked™ service , are usually delivered within two to five working days from the dispatch.
For the small additional fee of £1.00 you can select the items to be send by Royal Mail 1st class recorded service. Items send by 1st class recorded are usually delivered within 1-5 working days and is not guaranteed for next day delivery.
For an additional fee of £3.00 you can have your item delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).
** International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for service.
Lost items
Items that have not been received within 15 days will be replaced or refunded once we have confirmed the items are lost. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item.
