Terms and Conditions
Bidding:
By bidding on an item you are contracting into a sale, if you do not intend to buy please do not bid.
Please contact us through eBay anytime during and after the auction with any questions you may have.
Payment:
We can accept PayPal, personal cheques and postal orders.
Payment must be made within 7 days. At 5 days a reminder will be sent. If, after 7 days, payment has not been received, an unpaid bidder dispute will be filed with eBay.
Postage:
All items are listed with 1stclass Royal Mail postage or airmail for overseas. If you require a signature or insurance please contact us and we can add the extras to your invoice.
We will be happy to send most items overseas but fragile or heavy items weighing over 2 kilos will not be available to overseas bidders.
Items will be processed and sent within approximately 3 working days of payment being received. Please note that as a charity we rely on volunteers to help in our postal department, they are very efficient but delays can arise during holiday or periods of illness.
Feedback:
Please leave positive feedback as soon as possible as this then completes the transaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us to resolve any issue rather than leaving negative feedback as this will benefit no one.
Returns:
Please contact us (within 7 days of receipt) if you have a problem with an item and would like to return it.
We do accept returns but, as a registered charity, regret that we are unable to refund postage costs or cover return postage.
