Where we ship to: We ship all over the world using Royal Mail. All items are sent first class postage within the UK and all International orders dependant on size and weight are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All orders are sent untracked unless otherwise specifically requested and paid for. Please ask for tracking and insurance if required. Postage charges: Please note that postage charges include the actual post and the packing charges as well as the postal collection charge. Combined Shipping: We do offer a discount on multiple purchases although not all listings allow this and we will refund the excess paid. Should you order more than one item please request an invoice for the combined purchase. International orders over 2kgs maybe subject to a further postal charge. Please ask in this regard via email. Dispatch times: All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. Should the item be sold out we will advise you via email within 48 hours and provide you with a delivery time. Once your item has been dispatched we will advise you via Ebay. Please check your messages for this. Delivery times: As all goods within the UK are posted First Class delivery should be within 1 - 3 days of dispatch (This excludes weekends and holidays) Should your item not arrive within this time, please approach your local post office to see if they have it. Please advise us if your item has not arrived within 1 week of dispatch. Please note we are unable to declare the item lost with the Royal Mail until 14 working days after the date of dispatch. For International orders that are sent Royal Mail International we have no control over the delivery times.
