Clothing items/Boots may be exchanged for different sizes up or down as long as they are as new and unworn with all tags attached. Postage costs for this service must be paid by the customer. Items being returned for warranty repairs must be returned at the customers cost. Unwanted items are subject to a 20% re stocking fee.
Helmets may be exchanged for different sizes as long as they are as new and unworn. The postage costs for this must be paid by the customer. Due to hygene reasons we will only accept helmets returned for warranty repairs.
Accessories/Parts Faulty items will be exchanged/repaired under manufacturers warranty terms. Postage costs must be paid by the customer. Unwanted items or items purchased in error that are returned will be subject to a 20% re stocking fee.
If you are returning any item to us please contact us on 01977 689933 to obtain a Returns Number. Please ensure you return your item using a proof of postage method or trackable service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post/transit.
We cannot refund Postage costs on all items.
