The term "Pandora" refers to a brand of charm bracelets first released to the Danish market in 1999. Since then, these modern charms and beads have been designed by many other manufacturers, including "Troll" "Chamilia" and "Lovelinks" to name a few. The beads vary from glass lampwork beads, metal charms and hanging dangle beads.

Will your beads and charms fit my bracelet?

The beads I sell have a core diameter of 4.5 - 5mms. This will fit Pandora bracelets and most other similar bracelets and are the most popular size bought. If in doubt you can always check with me.

How do I use the bracelets ?

The bracelets have a clasp that opens to allow beads to simply slide on and off. some bracelets have a threaded section to allow screw threaded beads, or clips to be added to hold beads in certain areas of the bracelet and stop them falling off the end. So these bracelets can be changed when you like to suit your mood or style.

What size bracelet will I need ?

This depends on how many beads you wish to add. A good rule of thumb is to add up to 3cms to the diameter of your wrist for a fully beaded bracelet. You take away from this if you want less beads, or adjust according to how loose a fit you like.

This is a gift for someone, how do I get the size right ?

A good idea would be to give it your best guess, or ask me for my opinion. I am always happy to swap bracelets if the size is wrong, so don't worry !

I want to buy a few things, will I get a reduced P&P charge ?

Put simply - yes. I have an automated system that will only charge the ONE P&P regardless of how many items you buy. You must, however, pay for everything at once, so just "continue shopping" until you are sure you have everything you want. You can always ask for a combined invoice if you aren't sure

I am buying from outside the UK, will you ship to me?

Yes I will, but I like to send items via "International Signed For" service via the Royal Mail. For this reason the minimum charge is £5 P&P, so it makes sense to buy a few items and not just one bead !

When will I receive the item I have purchased?

I like to dispatch items as soon as possible as I know you will be keen to get the goods. I quote 2 days, but please allow for weekends and holidays. Unfortunately I can't control the Royal Mail. Please check my feedback to see how quickly I send items.

I'm not happy with my purchase, what do I do ?

In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy with your purchase then please contact me. I strongly believe that the art to good internet trading is good communication. I do bend over backwards to make sure all my customers are happy and this is my primary concern above all else.

I love the items you sent me, what do I do now ?
