Large items and Power Tool deliveries
For security reasons we can only send Power tools and Large items to the billing address of your account. Some of these items may also require a signature on delivery.
Non UK Deliveries
We will only ship to the United Kingdom and certain European countries. If your country is not listed below then please do not bid as we will be unable to ship your order. All Non UK Deliveries are shipped via Parcelforce Euro 48 service and are charged at Flat Rate per order prices.

Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
1. Returns authorization
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorization procedure by emailing returns@sparicom.com. We will email you a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorization number.
2. Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorization email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
3. Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund you.
Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a refund. We will apply a 25%
of the total sale restocking charge if the item is found to be non-faulty. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.
How we test returned items
We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. We will apply the refund of postage after a review on a case by case basis. Again, if the item is found to be non-faulty we reserve the right to apply a 25%
of the total sale value restocking charge.
We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by Power tool accessories and Power tools.
