Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of purchase otherwise non payers are reported to eBay which can result in unpaid item strikes and negative feedback being left.
We accept payment via Paypal, cheque, postal order and bank transfer. All payments sent via post are your responsibilty so use recorded if in any doubt.
Dispatch
All items are in stock and dispatched within the next working day of cleared payment being received.
Please note cheques are required to clear before dispatch please allow 5 working days and Paypal e-cheques are approx 10 working days.
Postage
We keep postage charges to a minimum, each item is individually listed with postage costs stated. However should you choose more than one product from our shop then we are more than happy to combine the goods which will reduce the postage costs for you. Please request an invoice at checkout BEFORE paying or email us prior to purchasing for a reduced postage quote.
We will not under any circumstances issue refunds at a later date for combined items after payment has been received - please request combined postage before making payment.
We reserve the right to package items bought individually into one package for delivery.
Most small packages are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel service, you should allow 3-5 working days for these to arrive.
For larger parcels we use Parcel Force 48, A tracking number will be available for you to check the progress of your parcel should you require it.
We can provide a maximum all in one price of £7.50 for parcels up to 25kg measuring no more than 120cmx60cmx60cm. Payment

Packaging
Where possible we keep packaging to a minimum and use recycled material where possible.
Parcel Not Arrived?
For smaller packages we always obtain proof of posting, larger parcels are sent via a courier who will require a signature on delivery however if the worst happens they use tracking numbers so it should be easily traced.
All our items are sent with PROOF OF POSTAGE. If in any doubt use Recorded Delivery for an extra 72p, please request this at checkout. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN THE POST - all cases will be dealt with via Royal Mail.
If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from the date of dispatch please feel free to contact us, we always obtain receipt of postage for this purpose and because of this we do not replace lost items but will assist you with a claim.
Please note the Post Office will not follow up a lost item complaint until 15 working days have passed.
Undelivered Parcel
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.
Please note - Refunds are only available within 7 days of ordering and our return policy applies.
Damaged Parcel?
Occasionally a parcel will be damaged in the post, you should refuse delivery if the damage is obvious, it will then be returned to us for a replacement. Please notify us if this should happen so we are aware of the problem. If you have accepted the parcel please see our returns policy.
