1) UK Customers - The first item will be charge the highest P & P amount and each additional item is £2. For hair pins and earrings each additional item is £1. P & P fee includes handling. 2) Oversea customers - Please see my terms of conditions for P & P costs. Tracking number will not provided if oversea customers didn't pay for postal insurance. 3) For combine shipping discount, payment must be received in one transaction through paypal. We will not refund if the payment has been made. 4) We are not responsible for delivery time, all are provided by the royal mail. If you don't want the items or other reasons after delivery, please return back and wait for 15-20 working days for refunded. 5) Items returned after 7 days for refunded or without prior written notice will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. 6) Please note that in order to keep jewelleries from getting tarnished, it should be stored in a dry airtight plastic bag.
