PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING

PAYMENT                                                            

• To be made within 7 working days.  If payment is not made, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed without exception by Ebay automatically.
• Personal cheque and e-cheque allowed 7 days delivery for the bank cheque cleared only for U.K. customers.
• Please send payment with address, Ebay ID.
• Please keep your own receipt if you purchase postal order.
• We only accept for paypal payment of pounds sterling from overseas customers.  Please contact me for overseas postage & insurance before bidding. ( WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBILY FOR THE LOST IF ITEM WAS NOT INSURED, REQUESTED TO PAY POSTAL INSURANCE IF AMOUNT OVER £40)

POSTAGE AND PACKING FOR JEWELLERY

• All U.K. Customers I recommend paying for Recorded delivery or Special delivery next day for high value jewellery items over £25 
• I do not do business with PRIVATE FEEDBACK users.
• I do not offer local pick.
• I reserve the right to refuse payments from buyers with an unconfirmed address.
• UK customers - for multiple items, the highest P & P cost will be charged and each additional item is £2. For hair pins and earrings each additional item is £1
  
• Europe customers - for multiple items, the highest P & P cost will be charged and each additional item is £2.  For hair pins each additional item is £1
• United States customers - Sorry, we don't dispatch to USA
• The tracking number will not provide if overseas customers didn't pay for postal insurance.
• For combine shipping discount, payment must be received in one transaction through paypal, we will not refund if the payment has been made.
• Special delivery for next day will not be guaranteed if payment is received after Thursday 11:00am for that week.  Please contact us for urgent dispatch request.
• Please note that the P & P price represents not only the value of the postage stamp, it includes all handling fee and packaging.   Please compare prices as a whole.  ( IF YOU ARE NOT AGREE P & P ,  PLEASE DO NOT BIDDING )

DELAYED OR LOST ITEMS

• Proof of posting is acquired for each parcel that we dispatch, we therefore will not accept responsibility for any items lost or delayed.  However, we will do our upmost to help with any claim made after 15 -20 working days  from royal mail.  Please note all jewellery items only can be claimed if you pay with insurance or special delivery.
• All compensation will have to be pursued directly to the Royal Mail Service used.
• We are not responsible for delivery time; all are provided by the Royal Mail and excludes weekends, bank holidays and peak period in Christmas. If you don't want the item or other reasons after delivery, please return back or wait for 15-20 working days for refunded.

HANDLING TIME

• All I usually dispatch within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment from Monday to Friday.  Some of handcrafted charms bracelets will be sent  a week, please contact me if you are urgently.
• If you require a speedier or urgent posting; we have options for Royal Mail Special Delivery by next day guarantee.  Please contact us before purchase.
• Special delivery order must be placed before 11am.  Order after this time will be dispatched on our next delivery date.

REFUNDED

• I offer a refunded of the purchase price (excluding P & P) if you are not happy with this product.  Simply send back the item at your own cost within 7 days.  (Please email us before posting back)   Any Items should not have been used or worn as new condition.
• For health and hygiene regulations, no returns are available on earrings, necklace earrings sets, hair pins and hair combs tiaras.
• If you are returning items in FREE P & P Listing, the actual postage cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Items returned after 7 days or without prior written notice will be subject to a 20 % restocking charge.
• We do not accept any items return, replacement, exchange or refund after 14 days.
• Please note that in order to keep jewelleries from getting tarnished, it should be stored in a dry airtight plastic bag.
