If you are unlucky enough to receive your goods in a damaged condition please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem swiftly for you.
We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. If a replacement is not available we will happily issue a no quibble refund in full.
Please do not leave feedback until the problem has been fully resolved.
