If you are unlucky enough to receive your goods in a damaged condition please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem swiftly for you.
We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. If a replacement is not available we will happily issue a no quibble refund in full.
Please do not leave feedback until the problem has been fully resolved.

We have a very large range of unique tile designs in stock, currently over 150, and we are continually adding to them.
We have some incredibly beautiful views in this part of the world with some of the most well known castles in Scotland such as Eilean Donan Castle and Dunvegan Castle on our doorstep. In addition, we have also produced many designs from around the west coast and the Isle of Skye. We also have a unique range of coaster tiles featuring wildlife from Scotland, the Sea Eagle, Otter, Puffin and Red Deer, plus the not so wild Highland Cow, the favourite!

| Decorative Tiles
In addition to the Scottish scenes we have established a very large range of decorative art tiles, ranging from fish, frogs and birds to abstract art, art deco, boats and Chinese traditional designs.
What makes these tiles so special is the incredibly vibrant colours used and the detail applied to the tile. The skilled craftwork applied in the production process results in a stunning piece of art that can be displayed anywhere in your home, or perhaps given as an unusual and long lasting gift.
Our complete range includes Coaster sets comprising 4 tiles with a range of designs, including wild flowers, butterflys and sea shells.

|  | | Each tile is hand painted, resulting in slight variations to the pattern. The firing process involves 24 hours at 1000 deg C and this makes the colour and glazing extremely durable. There may be the occasional slight firing markings or minor crazing to the glaze but this is normal and does not detract from the final finish.
