Payment: 

All values of currency on this auction are in Great British Pounds (GBP£). We accept payment by PayPal into our PayPal account jm@simple2trade.com, We accept all major credit and debit cards, Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo, etc. if you wish to pay by phone, payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web if you do wish to pay by credit or debit card please call us on 0121 745 4030  at office hours, we also accept Credit Cards  via PayPal and cheques or postal orders, our forwarding address is;

It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Simple2trade Ltd, until such time as full payment has been received. Once your order is received and payment has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation by email, if you don’t receive this e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us on 0121 745 4030  or by email to sales@simple2trade.com and we will confirm your transaction.

All prices include VAT and are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP£), the VAT will be shown separately on our invoices, If you are entitled to claim the VAT back, you will find our VAT number on our invoices.

Delivery: 

Orders are sent using Inter Link next day delivery and are traceable online. We will endeavour to despatch goods on the same day that they are ordered, if the order is received before 14H00. Delay in delivery cannot be the responsibility of simple2trade Ltd. as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed without our making an additional charge. For orders placed after 14H00 or for items being sent via Inter Link please allow 48 hours for delivery. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. Simple2trade Ltd. can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

 

You are also welcome to pickup the item yourself from our offices in Birmingham. 

Placing a Bid:

Please be aware that by bidding on this auction or purchasing goods from a "Buy it Now offer" you are entering into a legally binding contract with Watches2u. Please make sure that you are happy with all of the terms and conditions before placing a bid. If you do win one of our auctions we advise that it is usually best to pay for the item as soon as possible.

Buyers OUTSIDE of the EUROPEAN UNION:

Please be aware that simple2trade ltd takes no responsibility for any import or sales tax your local customs may impose on your purchase. If you have any doubts we strongly suggest you talk to your local customs office before placing a bid. simple2trade ltd cannot advise on YOUR local customs rules and regulations and all deliveries would have to pass through your country's customs department and may be liable to extra charges.

Warranty/Returns:

Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Simple2Trade Ltd. within 24 hours of receipt. This may be done either by e-mail to sales@simple2trade.com , or by calling our customer service team on: 0121 745 4030  

If the item is found to have a fault on arrival we will replace it for you free of charge if we are informed WITHIN 24 hours of the item is delivered to you. simple2trade ltd. does not provide any guarantee in addition to the original warranty supplied by the manufacturer (12 months). Please be aware that if a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.

We aim to answer emails during office hours within 30 minutes so please ask any relevant question before buying as we cannot correct mistakes once the Auction/Buy it Now has ended. NO EXCEPTIONS.
