Q: I would like to give my item as a gift. Do you offer any gift wrapping services?

A: Yes. As part of our free standard service we will carefully wrap your item in gift wrap tissue paper and place it in a tasteful white organza pouch.





Q: Do you ship to the USA?

A: Yes we ship to the USA and rest of the world. We ship items worldwide every single working day of the year.

Q: How much is shipping to the USA?

A: It's free on selected buy it nows! However for auction items, we charge a flat international 1st class airmail rate of £1.99 to all countries outside the UK. We also use International signed for insured air mail which is £5.30. All shipping services and charges are clearly stated on the relevant listing.

Q: Do you combine on shipping?

A: Yes we do. We charge the initial postal fee for the first item and then each win/buy after that is FREE of any shipping charges! The eBay checkout system will automatically calculate the combined total based on these figures. Please pay after all of your wins to take advantage of this offer.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: From International buyers we accept Paypal only. All UK buyers can pay via Paypal, Nochex, Cheque & Postal Order.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Most UK orders are received next day. Delivery time to USA is 5 to 7 days. Europe takes approxiamtely 3 days door to door. All other countries delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days.

Q: What is Sterling Silver and how can I be certain that I am getting Sterling Silver?

A: For an item to be Sterling Silver, it must be composed of 92.5% pure Silver. The remaining 7.5% is made from a non allergen such as copper to provide the necessary strength to the piece. Jewellery items can be stamped "Sterling Silver" or "925", the international symbol for Sterling Silver.

Q: Are all of the Silver Nomad items Hallmarked 925?

A: Yes all items carry the International Hallmark of 925. However, there are a few intricate pieces that are virtually impossible to stamp. This is clearly stated on all the relevant auctions.

Q: Will Sterling Silver jewellery tarnish? If it does, how do I clean it?

A: As all pieces from our collection are brand new and sealed, they will tarnish quicker during their first few days out in the open. As the Silver becomes more settled to the environment, it will over time become less prone to tarnishing.

Here are a few ways to clean your Silver Nomad Jewellery.

1. To brighten your jewellery everyday, use a Silver polishing cloth found in most household supply stores.

2. A tarnish guard is fully recommended for protecting your item.

3. A simple Silver polish applied to a dry lint free cloth is also ideal when cleaning plain items such as my contemporary cuffs. However, this is not recommended for detailed items(filigree etc.), as it can clog between the workmanship. So, in this instance a Silver polishing cloth is the perfect choice.

Q: How can I keep my Silver Nomad jewellery looking good?

A: Silver Nomad Jewellery is designed to give you years of wearing pleasure.

Here are some simple suggestions to keep your Silver Nomad jewellery looking like new.

1. Remove your jewellery before bathing and sleeping.

2. Remove your jewellery during periods of excessive heat, strenuous activities, exercise, swimming, work, washing dishes and household chores.

3. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, hair sprays and dyes.

4. Store jewellery in an airtight zip-lock bag. These are supplied with most pieces from our new collection.
