 | | Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. It's sad that people really do wear a costume once and return it, but it happens. Many costume shops will not accept returns for any reason. I will happily exchange for size both clothing and shoes. However, to try and avoid the cost of returns (to both of us) I do include measurements and encourage you to check your measurements on your own body or foot carefully! If an item is defective, contact me right away and I will make it right. I want all my customers to be happy, so if you have a legitimate complaint, I will certainly fix it for you. I've been making a full time living on Ebay for over 5 years and this is a brand new store for me.
