A CHRISTMAS PURCHASE PLEA
Due to the increase in volume of post and the Royal Mail strikes (click
here for more information) please allow sufficient time to receive your
items in the run up to Christmas.
We do operate a refund or replacement policy on
lost postal items but not
until the Royal Mail's recommended waiting period has passed.

For post within the UK - Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) as Royal Mail would not consider an item as lost until 15 working
days have elapsed.

For International post - Please wait 25 days for loss of an international item. This is to allow time for an item to be delivered
overseas - it may have been held at a local delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for collection or redelivery if no one
was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted. International mail may also be delayed by customs.
Once these waiting periods have elapsed we will offer you a full
refund or a replacement if we still hold stock of the item. |
