SHIPPING DETAILS

All my fascinators and crystal hairpieces are posted in a cardboard box with bubble wrap and tissue paper.

Most of the time they are posted first class and within 2 working days.

If any customer requires a fascinator posted next day delivery, it is an extra £3.50 for this service. Please email me to check that this service can be used for the next day.

All my post is posted at 9.00 in the morning, so any orders made after that will be posted the next day and 9.00.  Again if any customer requires a fascinator urgently please email me, as i will try to catch the post office again before 5 pm!

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason please contact me straight away to see if we can resolve the issue.  If not, i do give a refund when i have received the item back in the same condition as I posted it.
