COMBINED SHIPPING

I will combine shipping and reduce the Post & Packing costs for buyers.

However, there is a weight limit of 2 Kilo’s for international shipping.  Please contact me with the item numbers that you are interested in, and I will weigh them for you to give you a quote.

Please let me know which country you want me to ship to when you send your E-mail.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of a return.  

Postage costs for returns are at the buyers expense unless otherwise agreed.

Any complaint will be assessed individually and

there may be a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items.

DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS

In the case of broken or missing items in transit. Most items are sent RECORDED DELIVERY and are therefore insured.

Most items are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER to reduce losses. Royal Mail require photo evidence of broken items, buyers must send me a photo of the broken item and the packaging via E-mail.

PAYMENT

Payment is strictly as listed. UK Buyers can pay with PayPal and Postal Orders

International buyers including buyers from the United States, can only pay via PayPal.

HONESTY POLICY

I will always try to describe my items correctly and honestly. My aim is not to mislead

anyone into buying something that is not genuine. I always pack and send items promptly.
