All our items for sale are private listings. To give you that discreet shopping experience, our shop name, SeksySecrets, will show on your feedback page but not the actual item that you have purchased. So no one will ever know your SeksySecrets!

We accept credit cards through PayPal only.
Postal Orders & Cheques made payable to Seksysecrets - to be sent to address on ebay invoice. Please allow time for cheques to clear.

Items will be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail (UK only), unless otherwise stated.
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of cleared funds - some items may have a longer delivery time.
All items sent in discreet packaging - label will show D Vincent.
Proof of postage always obtained. For multiple items purchased in any one transaction, postage discounts will be considered.

Due to hygiene reasons returns and exchanges will not be given once the sealed packaging has been OPENED, unless proved to be faulty. We cannot accept returns on lingerie/hosiery/briefs & thongs.
If you have NOT UNSEALED THE PACKAGING and are dissatisfied with your purchase, then you may return it within 14 days (at your expense). Please note shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Returned items must be returned in new condition, unworn, undamaged, and without stains, perfume of smoke smells. They must be in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.
In the unlikey event your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a full refund, We will also refund the postage. Please email us before sending any item back - any items returned after the times specified will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these procedures are not followed. FOR ITEMS WITH FREE POSTAGE - if items are being returned, excluding damaged or faulty goods, a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item will be charged, this applies to footwear only. If a footwear product is being returned for a replacement size the restocking fee will not apply but a charge of £4.99 for shoes or £5.99 boots will be charged to cover the additional postage costs.
