We will happily exchange ANY UNWORN, UNSTAINED, UNODOURED, and TAGGED ITEMS STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECIEPT OF ITEM.
It is requested that you email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel
Your item should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using track and trace Royal Mail's 1st class recorded service for items up to the value of £34.00 and Special Delivery for items above the value of £34.00 this will insure you for the value of the goods.
POSTAGE COSTS [ORIGINIAL AND RETURNING] ARE NON REFUNDABLE
IF ALL THE ABOVE IS COMPLIED WITH WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE ITEM MINUS [POSTAGE COSTS AND 10% ADMINISTRATION AND RELISTING FEE.]

FAULTY ITEMS;
To ensure you receive a quality garment at all times, all items are checked for any possible flaws or defects before we dispatch,
In the unlikely event that a fault may be found, it is requested that you email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel to notify us of the fault. If we feel that a return is viable, we will issue you with returns authorisation number, which should be stated on the back of your parcel when returning.
We will not accept any returns that are not authorised.
Item will simply be returned to the buyer
Once authorised returned item is received we will check it and email you,
We will happily exchange faulty items if they are clean, unworn and not tried on, with tag attached items, that are still in the in the original packaging and are free from the smell of smoke and other odours.
Your item should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

If an exchange like for like is not available you will be asked to choose another item from our active listings or be given a full refund.

ORDERING WRONG SIZE ITEM; - ONLY APPLIES TO BUY IT NOW LISTINGS
PLEASE NOTE THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE MADE PREVIOUS ENQUIRIES TO SIZING AND COLOUR; ALL COMMUNICATIONS IS LOGGED AND THEREFORE WE HAVE A RECORD OF THIS.
FAILING TO CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING AND YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH SIZING OF ITEM WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU FURTHER, THIS IS WHY WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE WITH ANY QUERIES YOU MAY HAVE.
If you feel you have chosen the wrong size and wish to exchange for a smaller or larger size this would be fine provided 1) that a smaller or larger size is in stock and 2) that the item originally purchased is returned in its original packaging and in its original new condition with all tags attached free of any smells of smoke or odours.
In the event that a like for like item is not in stock you have the option to choose a replacement item from our active listings, again please do not bid on item as you will be charged fees.
Please note: For exchanging an item simply because of size you will charged a 10% of the value of the goods as a re-listing fee, plus the buyer will be required to forward re-posting fee for the exchanged item to be sent out to you. Please contact us within 3 days of item being received, goods which require a size exchange should also be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel via track and trace post as advised above.
