All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and will be either refunded on your payment or you may choose something else of the same value
UK - All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery unless otherwise instructed. Please view item listing.
International - All items are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For.
Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
UK ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED PARCEL -
It is requested that you notify us that you have not recieved your parcel, we will process a claim via Royal Mail for oyu.
Please be advised this will only be possible once 15 days have passed from date if dispatch. Royal Mail aims to process all claims within 30 days.
