| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange either a swap out or collect and refund. As you are asked to sign an inspection note for larger items, cosmetic damage is refunded less the delivery charge. So please make sure the item is in an advertised condition before signing this note. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. You pay the dearest delivery charge and an additional £15 per item ordered. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:For Smaller Items: We use a next day service (Business Post Courier) - This may be 2/3 days for Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
For Larger items, or items over £150, we use our own team of couriers or a pallet delivery company. This will be booked in directly with you within 10 working days. It is normally far quicker. Deliveries are Mon-Fri only |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| Q:Can I Collect? |

| A:Yes. Collection is available for all winning bidders. Our collection hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. We are NOT open for collections at weekends or public holidays. You MUST book a collection slot, giving us 24 hours notice, by ringing the supplied number in the winning notifications email from ebay. |
