Listed below are our terms and conditions for Scot-Petshop. We presume by buying our items you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.

We hope that you never have a problem with any of our goods. We sell only good quality items and all our goods are brand new.

No items are posted until payment has cleared.

Payment.

We expect payment to be made within 7 days. If you do have problems paying please let us know. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we may resell the item. We accept paypal, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.

Postage Costs.

Are included in the description.

Courier Costs.

Some of our goods are sent by courier. Our couriers are very reliable and helpful. Costs are usually found within the item decription.

Please let us know if your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 3 working days. We can chase the courier and will always assist with any claims.

Return Policy.

Items must be returned in the original condition.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of reciept.

Return shipping costs are at your cost. We will not refund the return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

We very rarely have to refund or replace but we will sort out any problems as quickly as we can.
