Postage & Delivery
Pay only one postal charge, all other rails shipped for !!FREE!! when bought on the same combined invoice. Valves and elements are always sent with FREE DELIVERY! Towel rails are sent by specialist courier, valves are sent by 1st class recorded mail. They both require a signature on receipt. We endeavour to send our items by the quoted dispatch times on the listings, however this is not always possible. If you require your item by a certain date, please ask us if this is going to be possible. We will try to respond to e-mails within a few hours or less.
Payment
In response to customer comments we can no longer accept e-cheques. e-cheques will be automatically refused. If you wish to use this payment method, please contact us. We can only ship to the address shown in Paypal. Please ensure the delivery address is correct in your Paypal account before you send payment. Please ensure you have bought your rails together on the same combined invoice to receive your postal discount!!

DISCLAIMER

Please ensure you have received and checked the item before you book any tradesmen or plumbers as we cannot be held responsible for any lost time or costs incurred if this advice is not followed. We always try our very best to keep all the information as accurate and updated as possible, however as the manufacturers reserve the right to change minor details of the materials i.e. tube diameter, bar configurations etc. without prior notification. They will never change specifics such as BTU outputs or frame sizes etc. We reserve the right to do the same.

PAYMENT

Accepted forms of payment;

We prefer payment through paypal, this is because it is the most secure way for you to send us your money. You can pay with your credit card instantly through paypal without having a paypal account. We also accept personal/company cheques although we do ask that you allow 7-10 working days for cheques to clear into our bank account. Please make all cheques payable to EB Trading. You may also send us postal orders or cash (recorded/insured delivery is highly recommended). We may be able to accept bank transfers by arrangement, this takes up to 4 working days to clear.

E-cheques;

Our system will automatically refuse/refund E-cheques. We are happy to accept E-cheques but only by prior agreement. E-cheques are sent through paypal for many reasons. It will tell you at the checkout which funding source paypal will be using to send your payment to us. Sometimes this will be an E-cheque. This usually means contacting paypal to discuss with them why an E-cheque has been used instead of your paypal balance or credit card.

E-cheques take 10 days to clear into a UK paypal account and we do not receive the money until this time is up therefore we are NOT able to send out your items until this clearing period is over and the actual money has been received by us.

Most people are unhappy to wait for this extended period of time but there is usually a really simple way of changing your E-cheque payment into an immediate payment from paypal. You must call paypal to ask them why your account has sent an E-cheque instead of an instant payment.

If you wish to continue with an E-cheque payment please contact us and we will allow it through for you. You must, however agree to the extended waiting time of 10 days imposed on us by paypal and then the normal dispatch period.

POST/DELIVERY

Postage and packaging;

P&P is charged at £4.99 per consignment. All towel rails bought on a single invoice carry this discount. If the items are paid for separately then no postal discount can be applied. To ensure you receive your postal discount please make sure you combine your invoice at the checkout or ask us to do it for you before you pay. If you have paid for two items separately and still wish to receive your discount, contact us and we will issue a refund, then combine your invoices so you can pay again on a single invoice.

Additional items such as valves/heating elements are postage free anyway so do not apply and need not be on a combined invoice. These can be purchased at any time and postage is still free.

Postal addresses;

We are only able to send items to the address shown in paypal. This is due to Paypal's own buyer/seller protection policy. You can change this address at the checkout if necessary. If you want an item sent to an address NOT given to us through paypal we will issue a refund and ask you to pay again and enter the correct postal address at the checkout in paypal. This also applies if an incorrect address is given.

Dispatch/delivery times;

Our standard dispatch times are 4-5 days after payment has been received, however our items are more commonly sent out next day ( and often same day) but we cannot guarantee this can happen in every case. If you need your item by a certain date, please ask if this is going to be possible as stock issues can occur and slight delays, although rare, are possible.

We use several different couriers who we have carefully vetted and who we believe give an excellent service. The usual delivery time after dispatch is 1-2 working days. You will be sent a dispatch notification once the item has left us. If your item does not arrive on the day expected please contact us as soon as possible so that we can chase up the consignment for you or give you the courier details and tracking numbers if you would prefer. All the items are fully insured and online tracked. If an item is returned back to us after all reasonable attempts from the courier have been made to deliver the item then a redelivery charge will apply.

Extended Postcodes;

There are several postcodes which our couriers class as Highlands, these include the following... AB31-56, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH1-50, ZE1-3. All these postcodes carry a postal charge of £16.99 flat rate. We are only able to send towel rails of 1000mm or smaller to these "extended postcodes". If you purchase an item over 1000mm high for delivery to an extended postcode I'm afraid we will have no choice but to refund your money. We can also send rails smaller than 1000mm high to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and The Scilly Isles, postcodes BT, IM and TR21-25. The £16.99 charge also applies to these postcodes. No postal discounts ie no second item for free can apply to these postcodes. For example, 1 rail=P&P @ £16.99 charge total £16.99. 2 rails=P&P @ £16.99 charge total= £33.98.

We cannot ship internationally or to the Channel Islands.

We will always attempt to send your items by the cheapest possible method and any extra monies will not be charged ie we will only charge cost price for postage to these areas, if the charges come in at cheaper than the above rule we will invoice you accordingly, which may well be cheaper than this. The exact charges will be based on the size of rails as well as how many were bought and your particular postcode.

If you pay before your invoice has been adjusted we will ask you to pay the difference via a paypal money request.

Please ask for an exact postal quote before purchase, please include your postcode and the items which you need.

For any postal discounts to apply you must also comply with our consignment policies as above ie all rails must be on the same invoice, otherwise each rail will carry a postal charge of £16.99.

These towel rails carry a full 5 years manufacturers warranty for your peace of mind.

RETURNS/WARRANTY

If the item is faulty or damaged;

Please check the item on receipt to make sure everything is to your satisfaction before booking any tradesmen or fitters. Please contact us to inform us of any problem as soon as possible. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from the delivery address. We will arrange and pay for one collection if the item was purchased less than 90 days previously, if the item was purchased more than 90 days before, the item still carries it's full 5 year warranty but then the buyer must return the item to us at their own cost. Replacements are sent out free of charge and to the original postal address. This gives you 90 days to check/install the item and check for any problems. Please package the item in it's original packaging and attach our address to the outside of the plastic wrapping. You must also include your name or ebay ID/ Sales record number or invoice number and date of purchase. This information is on your invoice/records and these details must be retained by the buyer and provided in order to return an item to us. This is so we can identify who the item has been returned from. The return form must be included.

Once the collection time and date has been agreed by the buyer the item must be ready for collection at the time and date agreed. We can only send the courier for collection once, if this fails (unless the fault is the courier's)the responsibility for returning the item will fall to the buyer.

Once the item has been received back here to us we will quality check the item and a replacement will be issued. If no fault is found you will be reimbursed minus any retrieval costs and it will be classed as an unwanted item and therefore may incur a restocking fee. The replacement can only be sent to the original customer's address.

If you would prefer a full refund instead of a replacement this is no problem. Please just let us know this is what you want and we will refund the full amount back into your paypal account.

For unwanted but not faulty items;

Please let us know by email that you wish to return an item for refund. Please then package it in it's original packaging and attach any address labels to the outside of the plastic wrapper. The item must be in fully re-saleable condition, this includes any fixing brackets included in the box and also the outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in. Please do not deface the outer packaging in any way. If the item is damaged on receipt we reserve the right to charge a nominal re-stocking fee of 10-25% to cover the damage. This includes the outer packaging.

Please then send it to us and ensure the item has sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage in transit. Please return within 14 days as per the Distance Selling Laws. A full refund, minus any, at cost, outward postal charges will then be issued into your paypal account. Please ensure you put your name and address on the item/return label so we can identify your returned item. The return form must be included.
