LOST IN TRANSIT: Please allow 14 days for UK deliveries. Please note that, while we will ALWAYS process claims for loss, the Royal mail will send you a form to sign to confirm non-receipt BEFORE any compensation is paid. This also applies to items sent by recorded delivery. We will refund/replace your purchase/s as soon as we receive payment from the Royal Mail.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Goods damaged in transit may be returned for replacement/refund including postage costs subject to a successful claim for damage from the Royal Mail up to their current maximum (see Royal Mail web site) for recorded or standard delivery.
