LOST IN TRANSIT
UK buyers should receive their purchases within 2 or 3 working days of making payment. Claims for items lost in transit will be filed not less than 10 working days after the day of posting. We will file the claim for you &, within a short time, you will receive a form from the Royal Mail which you will need to sign & return. We will only offer refunds or replacements following a successful claim when we receive payment from the Royal Mail.
Any replacement items will be sent via Recorded Delivery.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item is damaged in the postal system please email us as soon as possible following delivery. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP ALL PACKAGING
Damages are very unusual, we package our items using the best quality packaging & they should reach you in A1 conditon.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We will always assist in any way possible but unless additonal insurance is purchased there may be very long delays in dealing with any claims.
