CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Read below for information regarding cancelling your purchases or returning unwanted items

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any purchase within 7 days of purchase date. Please email in the first instance &, if you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please telephone to ensure that we have received your cancellation request.
You will receive a 'MUTUAL AGREEMENT' notice from ebay. please complete this or we will NOT be able to cancel your purchase.

FAILURE TO CANCEL: If we have not received a cancellation within 7 days of purchase date it will be assumed that you intend to complete the purchase and are liable for payment for your purchase/s.

RETURNS
You may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price provided it is returned by recorded or special delivery (for your own benefit) & the item is returned within 14 days of the DATE OF PURCHASE - not the date of payment.

THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNUSED.

P+P costs will NOT be refunded except where the item is returned as damaged or 'not as described'.
