Delivery Prices

Safetots calculate the delivery charges for orders by the weight of the total order. 

If orders weigh under 2KG they are sent via the Royal Mail first class delivery and the total charge calculated for single or multiple items is £2.

If orders weigh over 2KG they are sent with City-Link couriers on a next working day service.  The total charge for this service is £5.

Delivery Times

Items ordered before 2pm are sent out the same day. 

Orders sent with City-Link couriers will have an attempted delivery the next working day between 9am - 5.30.  (For more details about this service please see the Frequently asked Questions).

Orders sent with the Royal Mail are delivered either next working day or the day after.

Tracking your Order

To track orders sent with City-Link couriers, please click on the link below and type in the email address you have registered with your eBay account in the search labled Customer Reference.  For customers who have ordered with Safetots before, simply add (2) for your second order, (3) for your third order etc.

Unfortunately Safetots can not supply a tracking service for items sent with the Royal Mail.  If however, an item has not arrived within five working days, please contact Safetots, are we are able to place a 'trace and claim' process on a lost item.  If the item is confirmed as lost by The Royal Mail, Safetots will immediately send a replacement to the customer.
