 | A: Yes, Safetots will only charge for the postage of the heaviest item ordered. £5 for items that weigh more than 2KG to be sent with City-Link couriers and £2 for items which can be sent First Class with the Royal Mail. |
 | Q: How Long Does Delivery Take? |

 | A: 95% of orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders that weigh more than 2KG are sent with City-Link couriers on a next working day service. All other items are dispatched with the Royal Mail and should be delivered next working day or the day following. |
 | Q: What if I am not in when the Couriers Attempt Delivery of my order? |

 | A: Safetots pay for two delivery attempts with City-Link couriers. If you are not in the City-Link driver will leave a card with a consignment number and a telephone number to call. You can then arrange a second delivery attempt on a working day that is suitable for you or alternatively arrange to collect the item from your local City-Link depot. |
 | Q: Can I return the item if it is not suitable? |

 | A: Safetots will accept the return of unused products within a 28 day timeframe. All customers must email info@safetots.co.uk to request an RMA form, which must accompany the returned product. Safetot's couriers will pick up items for a £15 charge. Please note International customers may have additional surcharges for return if using Safetots couriers |
 | Q: What happens if there is a delay in my delivery? |

 | A: Very occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock at the moment an order is placed. On these occasions Safetots will contact the customer and inform them of the new expected delivery date. Safetots will also offer an alternative product if possible, or offer a full and immediate refund. |
 | Q: Do I have to pay for my order immediately? |

 | A: eBay stipulates payment should be made within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do can result in a 'non paying bidder' alert being put on your eBay account and possible suspension from the eBay community.
Safetots work on the promise that orders are processed and dispatched same working day as cleared payment before 2PM. |

 | A: It is possible to make a credit or debit card payment for your order, simply by phoning 01438 728 888 to talk to one of our sales representatives during office hours.
Alternatively you can send a cheque along with a copy of the order form, but please note Safetots will require cheque payments to clear before dispatching items. |

By simply typing your preference of a pressure fitted gate or a screw fitted gate, along with the width of the space you need to be filled, the gate finder will return all suitable options including the differences between each of the gates. |

 | A: The fold down mechanism of most bed guards is situated at the base of the bed guard which makes it unsuitable for this type of bed.
Please look in our eBay store at the Lindam Safe and Secure Bed Guard which has the fold down mechanism raised 10cm above the base of the bed guard and should fit most beds of this type. |
