I tried contacting you but no answer

We are very sorry that you could not get through to us. We will be more then happy to call you but only on landline telephone numbers please use the Call Us Back option Alternative use our online web Form click here, Select the correct department from the drop down list. We try to answer customer's email within 10 Minutes to Maximum THREE Hours of our working hours. Our working hours for answering email are 8AM to 8PM. In order to create a post you will need to register / confirm your email address. Or simply use the email address and password which we sent you with your payment confirmation.

I still have not received my Item as yet

We post items same day providing it has been paid for by 4PM. Most of our customer 99.99% get it the next day. However if you are one of the unlucky, we advise you that before you contact us please contact your Local sorting office to see if they have the item for you. Also read info from this Link  If you still wish to contact us please follow below steps in order to deal with your query as swiftly as possible.

When do you post Item

We pride ourselves on our fast delivery times, where all orders are dispatched the same day providing they are Paid for before 4PM. We do not wait till the Auction finish we post item as soon as they paid for. Putting you first, we hold some of the fastest records for delivery times.
